If you want to burn fat – Eat LESS calories.
If you want to lose weight – Eat LESS calories.
If you don’t want to gain weight during Christmas – Eat LESS calories.
If you want to lose fat and maintain or gain muscle – Eat LESS calories but eat an adequate amount of protein (1g – 1.2g per kilogram of body weight or 0.36g – 0.5g per pound of body weight)
Can you speed up the process? FUCK YEA! Start working out – Strength training for the long term benefits not that boring ass cardio.
